God Is Seeking A Morning Person
Are you a morning person? I am. I love getting up before daylight. I love watching the sunrise. I love the silence of a household not yet awake. I love the quiet time I spend with God before I begin my day. Did you know that God is also a morning person? Not only that, but according to scripture, He is looking for some company early each day. “Be ready in the morning…and then come up. Present yourself to me there on top of the mountain.” (Exodus 34:2-3)
For Christians, our morning fellowship with God is a critical time. We must never face our day until we have met face to face with our Savior. It is during these morning sessions with Him that we are renewed and empowered to face life’s challenges. We cannot expect to be victorious if we begin the day in our own strength! We MUST access the power of the Living God in prayer and devotions.
How did you start your day? Have you taken a few minutes to spend some quiet time with Christ? He is waiting for you. He has power and blessings to give. Don’t keep Him waiting! He has something to say to you today. Why not take a break, right now, and listen to His voice! Have an awesome day. I love you!

David said it all: I saw God before me for all time. Nothing can shake me; He's right by my side. I'm glad from the inside out, ecstatic; I've pitched my tent in the Land of Hope. I know You'll never dump me in Hades; I'll never even smell the stench of death. You've got my feet on the life-path, with Your face shining sun-joy all around.
