Tuesday In Oregon
Good Morning. Thanks for your prayers for our journey. It was a pretty trying trip, but God helped us. We had full airplanes, and several delays, but all-in-all we had a nice trip. We arrived in Oregon at 9:00 p.m. (pacific time)and were met at the airport by Ben & Rylee. We enjoyed a birthday party for Rylee (3) when we got to the house, and after some birthday cake we all headed to bed.

Today began early when Rylee creeped into my bedroom at 6:00 a.m. and crawled in bed with me. We were joined shortly by Vicky, Candi, Melody, and Karlee. Just like old times!! The skies are clear and blue today. After lunch we will drive to the Oregon coast to spend 2 nights in a cottage near the beach. I will send some pretty pictures.

I am doing well physically. Although the flight was hard on me, I feel good after a nice overnight rest. My skin rash is covering only about 30% of my body, mostly back and chest, so I resumed my cancer treatment pill this morning. Hopefully I will tolerate it better this time.
Have a great day. I will send another update on Wednesday from the coast. I love you!

David said it all: I saw God before me for all time. Nothing can shake me; He's right by my side. I'm glad from the inside out, ecstatic; I've pitched my tent in the Land of Hope. I know You'll never dump me in Hades; I'll never even smell the stench of death. You've got my feet on the life-path, with Your face shining sun-joy all around.
