Weary Road Warriors

We are back home in North Augusta this afternoon after two long days in the saddle! Thanks for your prayers concerning our safety. The weather was great, and we had a terrific time. You never know what breathtaking sights await around each turn in the road. Early this morning we caught this beautiful waterfall near Highlands, NC. What a sight!

Vicky and I usually travel with other bikers when we take overnight trips. In fact, we have a group trip planned for November to Dillard, Georgia. But occasionally it is nice to travel alone. We sure enjoyed spending two days of uninterrupted time together. God blessed us with a great mini-retreat in the mountains, and we are grateful!
