A Christian Heritage

One of the biggest blessings at our Thanksgiving family reunion last week was having three generations together for the first time in many years. The best part was celebrating our Christian heritage. All four generations in the Ostendorf clan are Christians, and active in serving the Lord in their churches. One of the highlights on Thanksgiving Day was going around the table and letting everyone give their testimony of thanks. It was a very emotional time as the younger generations paid tribute to the older generation, and giving strong testimony of their love for Christ. We ended the testimony time by gathering around me, and anointing me with oil for my healing. We also prayed for my dad who is having back surgery today.
