The Power When God's People Pray

I was reading these words in Acts today: "Peter was kept in prison, but the church was earnestly praying to God for him." (Acts 12:5) Peter was in a hopeless situation, sitting basically on Death Row. But God wasn't done with Peter. While Peter waited in prison, God's people were praying for his deliverance. The prayers worked, and Peter escaped his death sentence.

I am thankful to the army of prayer warriors who "earnestly pray to God" for my healing. My cancer is my prison, but with God's people praying, I expect to escape and experience full deliverance! I am doing well today. My scan went well, and without any complications. I will know the results on Wednesday.
